A whole new class of MEAT

I’ve long given up on supermarket pork. I’ve been ordering heritage breeds like Berkshire, Duroc and even Kurobuta. So far, I’ve tried the crown roast and secreto (cooked medium rare) and nothing compares…not even Wagyu beef! This is as good as meat gets.

Best kept secret

I’ve only had the Iberico Secreto so far. It is unbelievable. So juicy and tender – full of flavor. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of it before but I guess it is can Secreto for a reason. Don’t wait – order this box. I can’t wait to try the other pieces.

Delicious, Hard to Find Iberico, Convenient

Secreto is so difficult to find. Now I have it coming regularly. It’s a spectacular cut. Really all four of these selections are very good. I’ve shared with friends and they can’t believe that pork can taste so rich, more like steak than grocery store pork. Really lively stuff.

Tried for the first time the pork rack and one the steaks worth our daughter and her husband. We are all very food knowledgeable and both my daughter and I work in the food industry. I can truly say this meat is the wagyu of pork! The flavor and tenderness of the pork is unmatchable. You can’t get this quality of pork in any local supermarket or butcher shop. Stunned

So far, we’ve only cooked one of the pluma steaks but it was divine. Especially the next day, at room temperature, you could really taste the flavor. Even straight out of the fridge, the texture was still soft and creamy. And delicious. We cooked our pluma in cast iron. Perfectly crispy on the outside. Super excited for all the other cuts!

Excellent Product, Excellent Customer Service!

I first had Iberico Pork while travelling in Spain, I’d had the ham before, but never other cuts of the meat until having tapas in the Triana. I’ve dreamed about it ever since. When this company’s advertisements made it into my Instagram feed, I was tempted and I waited…I waited until my desire hit a boiling point and I placed my order.


It took a couple of weeks to receive it, and when I received my shipment there was a mistake in the order that left me a little upset, so I contacted customer service. Ann replied the next day and got me sorted out right away.


I cooked the first piece from my order, the Secreto, by sous vide with salt and smoked paprika, then a quick hot sear on the grill and served it with a side of Spinach and Garbanzo bean stew and a bottle of Amontillado. With some Flamenco playing in the background, I felt like I was back in Sevilla for a little while. I can’t wait to enjoy the rest of my order soon.

This rib rack ❤️

I haven’t tried all the selections yet, but I did this rack on my Traeger and it was amazing. If y’all sold full racks of these (the rib portion) they’d be the only ribs I’d ever buy for the rest of my life.
